I’m a nerd. I admit it! It kind of is a given being an engineer. But, when nerdiness translates into the design world, well that and me are a perfect match. Being both a color and pattern lover, it delighted me to see pixelated art and objects and patterns poppnig up everywhere. I thought it’d be fun to share my finds with you.

First, indulge my nerdiness and perhaps your inner nerdiness by watching this video about a Japanese invention that uses dried fruit as pixels. The machine reads an image and drops a piece of dried fruit for each pixel to make an image on say a gelatin dessert! I’m sorry, but that’s jsut cool!
