{Color Inspiration} Bottles of Honey

What’s with me and gradients? Actually, the real question is “What’s with me & honey?” Any one that knows me in real life knows my obsession with honey. I pretty much love anything that contains it. It’s natural and floral sweetness dependent on whatever flowers the bees used to make it is simply just dreamy in my book. The thought of it drizzled over anything gets me weak in the knees!

When I was young, my mom would make lemonade with lemons from our trees and a little squeeze from the honey bear. In the colder months, we’d enjoy the same thing heated to warm our tummies and soothe our throats.

Today’s color inspiration is a gradient made of honey from the Minnesota State Fair 2011 Liquid Honey Contest Display. Nothing is happier in my book!

Rachel – How cool! I didn’t know that! I tried to look it up to find the name, but I discovered that it’s great for cleansing your body too. I should start doing this again.
