I want to start a new series called {Loved & Noted} that displays inspiration from creatives and fellow bloggers from all over. These are a few things catching my eye lately. This cute printable kite, a yummy and healthy hello sunshine snack, and this simple DIY sola flower stirrer by Confetti Pop perfect for spring (buy wood sola flowers here $5/18). It’s been in the mid-80s up in the Pacific Northwest and I’m loving all these bright fun colors!

I’ve long been fascinated by these linens on a roll, but now that warmer weather may be around the corner, I’m figuring out what colors to choose. I have a set of these Zak bowls and I love how lightweight they are. Pouring flour into the mixer is no big feat as it is sometimes with glass or porcelain. The other goodies can be bought and pulled out one color at a time if rainbow isn’t your thing!

I’m so excited for summer and all the al fresco dining we’ll be doing now that we have a backyard. In the mean time, I’ll be daydreaming in fun and colorful foods available in all colors of the rainbow! Don’t they just evoke thoughts of carnivals, fairs, and happy childhood memories?

There is a group of girls in Portland that we run into from time to time that call themselves cupcakes. They dress in really fancy Japanese anime/tea party style and go to events in a group. We spotted them once at ChocolateFest and another time at this bakery/cafe in Sellwood that’s done up a la Candyland. These are definitely some stocking I imagine they would go gaga for!

I think I subconsciously knew I was going to write this post because I definitely paired a hot pink silk shirt with a light purple floral scarf today. This seemingly saccarine sweet combo appeared to me when I saw that adorable sequinned heart cardigan by Markus Lupfer. Then, suddenly it was everywhere I looked! The funny thing about this combo is that it’s so feminine, but could easily be paired with a darker color like black to tone down. Plus, wouldn’t it look great with leather?

Happy Valentine’s Day! I love each and everyone of your for making my blog worthwhile.
Last year A got me a beautiful pink and gold tulle wrapped box of macarons and flowers arranged in a milk glass vase for Valentine’s day. I’m excited to see what today has in store! Meanwhile, I’ll be daydreaming in in one of my favorite cookies ever. They’re so colorful and yummy. How can you resist!

Arrows are awesome. Their bright colors, as signs, as captions. I’ve always loved doodling arrows. I figured with Valentine’s Day coming up, it was the perfect time to daydream in arrows. Maybe use them to hint at what you want from your sweetie this year!
